Dentists' Overview CD
This training system comes with ten CD’s. The first, labeled, “For Dentists Only,” is for the Dentist to listen to first, prior to beginning training with the team. It contains comments about the background of this system that only the Dentist needs to hear, and discusses ways to support, manage, train, and discipline the team in order to take full advantage of this system and achieve your goals.

This CD provides an overview of the Zero Accounts Receivable training system. You will have some decisions to make regarding current and future office policies and procedures and this CD guides you through making those decisions.
When I speak to groups of Dentists, there are always questions that come up that need to be addressed, but they don’t need to be heard by the staff. There are also issues that apply to only you – the Dentist.
This CD covers such topics and issues as well as providing an overview of the team training. When your team looks to you for leadership, you’ll be ready.
