CD Series to use with each Training Session
Having this system separated into lessons allows for self-guided study. Work at a pace you are comfortable with while seeing real results with each lesson.
The training manual comes with ten CD’s. The first, labeled, “For Dentists Only,” is for the Dentist to listen to first, prior to beginning training with the team. This is where you will learn how to motivate and support your team to achieve the results you are wanting in your collections process.
The remaining CDs labeled, “Zero A/R Team Training,” are to be used in conjunction with the manual. Each CD is labeled to indicate the corresponding lesson it goes with. One person, either the Dentist, Office Manager, or Financial Coordinator, will guide the team through the exercises in this manual while the entire team listens to the CD.
